ASSISTANT MANAGER, PROJECT PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
  • Assisting in Planning:Contributing to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Scheduling & Resource Allocation:Helping to create and manage project schedules, and coordinating the allocation of resources (personnel, materials, etc.).
  • Budget Management:Assisting with the development and tracking of project budgets.
  • Risk Management:Identifying potential risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting:Monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and communicating updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
  • Documentation Management:Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and other relevant information.
  • Communication & Coordination:Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Administrative Support:Providing general administrative support to the Project Manager, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Stakeholder Management:Liaising with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Quality Assurance:Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
