Job Mission

We are seeking a multitalented candidate at our Garmin Malaysia Office focusing on providing product support to Garmin customers. In this role, you’ll handle all customer service and manage the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) fulfillment process. The Job scopes are a combination of technical expertise and customer service skill.

Job Description
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to customers including troubleshooting, pre-buy inquiries, warranty inquiries, among other matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer service activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Daily RMA operations, addressing and resolving issues arising from end-user.
  • Monitor, update, and maintain the RMA operation database.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of quality checks.
  • Strive to be an expert in all of Garmin products and Services.
Job Requirement
  • Education: At least diploma in any field.
  • Specific skills: Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Personality: Positive, works well under pressure, high stability, strong “can-do” and customer-oriented.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required. Speakers of Mandarin are welcomed as this role requires serving Chinese speaking customers.
  • Others: Understanding and familiarity with electronics devices.
