Job summary
A community pharmacy in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a dedicated pharmacy assistant. You'll support the pharmacist in dispensing medications and enhancing customer service. Your role involves gaining knowledge on health products and participating in health campaigns. Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Learn pharmacy operations through hands-on experience.
- Support the pharmacist in medication dispensing.
- Participate in health campaigns to promote awareness.
Skills
Education
- Learn through observation and hands‑on exposure to the retail pharmacy environment
- Support the Pharmacist in dispensing medications and filling prescriptions with care
- Gain in‑depth knowledge of medications, supplements, and health products based on customer needs
- Participate in health awareness campaigns and outreach programs
- Build customer loyalty through excellent service and professional advice
- Assist in daily outlet operations and pharmacy workflow
- Understand the balance between ethical practice and commercial elements in community pharmacy
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy certified by MQA
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to engage well with people across all levels
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about pharmacy and customer care
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude and adaptability to new environments
