Responsibilities

1. Ensure all prescriptions are accurately dispensed to the correct patient every time, adhering to requirements of the law and hospital policies/SOP and professional pharmacy practice.
2. Ensure medications are stored according to recommended conditions to maintain efficacy and quality.
3. Participate in trainings and appraisals with the assigned preceptor in accordance to the PRP programme.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Registered as a PRP with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy is an advantage.
