The Domestic Operator will be responsible for the smooth operation of the working station, including receiving, encoding, sorting, dim scanning, loading, and return shipment from depots, along with any additional tasks assigned by the superior.

• Work cooperatively with truck drivers for loading/unloading.
• Coordinate between team members on the operational floor.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and report any irregularities or potential risks.

• Read and understand operational procedures/work instructions.
• Prepare the work station to be ready for daily operations.
• Perform pre-checks using checklists for all machines/devices to ensure readiness.
• Ensure machines and equipment are operationally ready.
• Report any abnormal machine/device issues to the supervisor.
• Handle unloading of products from customers’ premises and depots safely.
• Accurately record the number of received products.
• Feed products into the operational floor correctly according to procedures.
• Complete encoding to meet company capacity expectations.
• Sort products to the correct depots/destinations.
• Complete loading onto shuttle trucks within timelines to meet schedules.
• Work extended hours as assigned and be flexible with shifts, including weekends or irregular hours.

• Attend daily meetings as scheduled by the supervisor.
• Participate in sharing best practices with the team.
• Support colleagues on the operational floor.

• 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Basic oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Typing skills in Malay and English with speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in Malay; basic skills in English.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately.

• Minimum PMR or equivalent certification.

Maximum age: 40 years old

Total working hours: 9 hours per day

Working days: 6 days a week

Payment: Every Tuesday

Office hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
