· Collection and compilation of DO and export documents from drivers, and creation of SO
· Liaising with drivers for Autopass-related tasks
· Monitoring GVP permit expiry dates, renewal, and liaising with drivers for Puspakom inspections
· Handling driver claims and related tasks
· Monitoring lorry GPS tracking and related activities
· Assisting in liaising with workshops (prime mover & tyre) for repairs and maintenance
· Communicating with customers for delivery order processing
· Supporting daily operations and administrative/clerical tasks
· Collaborating with other departments for ad-hoc problem-solving
· Performing other ad-hoc duties as required
· Excellent communication skills in Malay and English (both written and spoken)
· Preferably with administrative experience
· Demonstrates strong work ethics and a positive attitude
