Job summary

A well-known oil and gas company in Puchong is seeking a Human Resources Executive to support recruitment, payroll, and employee development activities. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in HR, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Excel and bilingual communication skills. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Human Resource field.
  • Experience in recruitment and payroll is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Help in monthly payroll and process OT calculation.
  • Identify training and development programs for employees.

Skills

Microsoft Excel
Bilingual communication (Mandarin and English)

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
