The Management Trainee Program is a leadership development program that seeks to groom motivated individuals to take on key positions in a clinic's operations.

Other than working on necessary skills to run daily clinic operations in a team, candidate will be exposed to the management side of the business (inventory, manpower scheduling, asset, marketing). He/she must have a strong sense of resilience and strive to face everyday challenges.
