Design and come up with impactful creative illustrations, artwork and content in different mediums including but not limited to prints, outdoors and digital, based on the requirement of the Marketing and Branding team, within the expected timeline, to meet business objectives;

Develop the branding and Corporate Identity guidelines for the company, and ensure the consistency of it in all visuals and creative artworks across;

Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals;

Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately;

Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing, projects and other teams to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects;

Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities;

Update and maintain internal database for designs, photography, and video responsibilities;

Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of marketing materials that may include web pages, social media, presentations, programming collateral, signage, LED, kiosks, internal communications, newsletters, and all other marketing materials;

Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity;

Develop concepts and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout;

Create digital and social media content that address the company strategic needs and to conceptualize and design content series to be deployed across all social or digital channels;

Brainstorm content strategy and plan calendar for across social media and any other digital platforms;

Participate & provide support to any ad‑hoc or team projects, and on‑ground activities as and when required;

Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system;

Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications;

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Art / Design / Graphic Design / Advertising / Creative Multimedia or related discipline;

1 to 2 years of experience is preferable;

Strong flair for design conceptualization, color and typography, design aesthetic;

Strong passion for creativity and typography in both in print and online;

Comprehensive Mac & PC skills – Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Video editing software, Microsoft software and other industry‑standard tools;

Creative, self‑motivated, and independent. Ability to multitask, manage multiple jobs under pressure, needs to be able to think outside the box and come up with innovative and original design concepts. Be able to turn abstract ideas into visually appealing designs;

Good team player, responsible, ability to handle challenges, a keen eye for detail and meet deadlines;

Good communication skills, ability to articulate and express your creative ideas fluently, mature working attitude and meticulous;

Must be willing to be based at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
