Marketing Associate (SEO/SEM Specialist)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing on English and Chinese social media.
- Ability to plan and execute paid campaigns (FB, Google Ads, Email Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing).
- Skilled with design and video editing applications.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese copywriting.
- Familiar with photography, videography, and drones.
- Required to use own laptop/desktop/mobile phone for work.
Responsibilities
Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients and vendors.
Social Media
- Develop, execute, and manage content strategies for Xiao Hong Shu (XHS), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals, product launches, and campaigns.
- Optimize posting schedule for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions per platform.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Make regular postings on Zenith's social accounts (daily and/or weekly).
- Create engaging multimedia content (posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, blog snippets).
- Ensure consistent brand voice, style, and messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high‑quality visuals.
- Adapt content format based on platform trends (e.g., short‑form video for TikTok, professional articles for LinkedIn, lifestyle content for XHS).
- Conduct audience research to understand consumer behavior across platforms.
- Identify trending topics, hashtags, and viral content opportunities.
Marketing
- Hands‑on experience in paid campaigns (FB, Google Ads) or in email marketing, LinkedIn marketing – planning, execution and analysis for both awareness and lead generation.
- Planning, organizing and execution of yachting‑related events and activities.
- Design and creation of marketing collaterals.
- Work with sales and business development teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external agencies when necessary.
- Support event marketing (online/offline) with promotional campaigns.
- Assist in brand reputation management across digital channels.
Website
- Good to have experience with WordPress, CMS and HTML.
- Regular updating of the website.
- Able to coordinate with teams, vendors and partners (as and when needed).
- Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.
Content Collection via Photography, Videography & Drone
Collect and manage visual content using photography, videography, and drone operators to support marketing assets.
