(Protege) Change Management - Kwasa Damansara

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Change Management Office by producing internal communications assets (presentation decks, posters, Viva Engage posts, short videos) and by coordinating and executing change management activities, under close supervision, to drive awareness and adoption.

  • Design and produce communication collaterals (posters, infographics, digital/printed banners, videos, presentation decks) for change campaigns and leadership updates.
  • Maintain and update CMO official channels (Viva Engage community and Teams channels) by managing the content calendar, drafting/scheduling posts, responding to comments, and performing basic analytics.
  • Coordinate change management activities: materials preparation, logistics management (scheduling and booking), photo/video taking, post-activity reporting.
  • Organize EPF Champions activities and facilitate touchpoints: invite management, attendance tracking, scores recording, live facilitation, minute‑taking and follow‑ups.
  • Document and track CMO meetings: minute‑taking, action‑item preparation, owner/deadline tracking, file naming and repository upkeep.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as deemed relevant by supervisor/CMO to meet project and communication requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Design/Multimedia, Business, HR, or related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar creative tools).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
