Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and grow existing customer accounts.
• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers.
• Promote and market company shipping services according to superior’s direction.
• Identify new business opportunities and retain existing/lost clients.
• Support freight rate negotiations and secure competitive contractual terms.
• Work closely with Customer Service & Operations teams to ensure optimal loading and smooth operations.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor outstanding customer payments.
• Handle additional tasks as required by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or any related field.
• Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
