A leading Malaysian cooperative is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive financial success. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields and at least 5-10 years in the automotive industry, including senior management roles. Operational oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Financial management: Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and profit & loss to ensure the business stays within budget and achieves profit goals.
Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategies for sales, service, and overall growth in alignment with company objectives. Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Team leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage department managers and staff to achieve performance targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
Customer satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by addressing complaints and implementing processes that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Performance analysis: Review key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
