You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties and Responsibilities

1. ORDER PREPARATION

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to settle orders.
• Prepare stock balance reports for respective teams.
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
• Monitor pending orders to ensure delivery within timelines.
• Coordinate with 3PL to facilitate intercompany transfers.

2. PURCHASES

• Prepare purchase orders and liaise with suppliers regarding delivery dates.
• Coordinate with forwarders to ensure shipments are delivered on time.
• Monitor inbound shipment activities with forwarders and 3PL warehouses.
• Identify cost-effective distribution solutions.

3. INVENTORY CONTROL

• Maintain stock accuracy between 3PL WMS and internal systems.
• Conduct annual stock takes to verify accuracy.

4. REPORTING & MONITORING

• Prepare stock balance and aging reports.
• Generate monthly sales reports.
• Prepare warehouse and logistics reports.

5. AD-HOC

• Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

The Skills You’ll Bring with You

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience of at least years (please specify the number of years).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills.
• Quick learner with multitasking abilities.
• Good knowledge of purchasing and inventory management.
• Excellent people management, coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
