Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience as an administrator & account.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks.
• Map invoices with PO & DO for payments.
• Maintain purchasing records for quick retrieval.
• Ensure HR & Account documents are properly filed.
• Communicate with vendors for office supplies.
• Support HR, Account, and Admin matters.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
