Job summary

A manufacturing company in Selangor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of production machinery. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical fields, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, ensuring availability of spare parts, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical.
• 1 - 2 years working experience in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance for machinery.
• Maintain air-conditioners, air compressors, and factory facilities.
• Carry out continuous improvement activities for machine performance.
• Ensure critical spare parts are readily available.
• Support maintenance supervisor in monitoring maintenance systems.

Job description

We're looking for Maintenance Technician who is responsible to provide maintenance support to our daily operation:

To conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for all production types of machinery.

To conduct maintenance for air‑condition/ air compressor/utility supply/ factory facilities and fabrication.

To carry out continuous improvement activities such as to improve machine performance and cost reduction.

To ensure critical spare parts are readily available.

To support maintenance supervisor in monitoring and continual improve the maintenance system of the company.

Support in any additional task as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/ Electrical.

Knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.

1 – 2 years working experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment.
