As a Product Sourcing and Development Specialist at Bergamot Sdn. Bhd, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's product portfolio. This will involve sourcing products, developing strategic supplier relationships, and driving the company's product development initiatives.

• Stay ahead of the game by exploring market trends, discovering new materials, and tracking pricing movements that help us make smart sourcing decisions.

• Hunt for the best suppliers by identifying, assessing, and onboarding reliable partners who meet our quality, cost, and certification standards.

• Show your negotiation skills! Work on pricing, contracts, and terms to secure competitive deals and ensure a consistent flow of supplies.

• Keep things compliant. Make sure every procurement activity aligns with company policies and industry standards.

• Be our quality guardian. Regularly review supplier performance and market insights to continuously improve our sourcing strategy.

• Build meaningful partnerships. Develop strong, long‑term relationships with trusted vendors and key business partners.

• Drive cost‑saving wins without compromising product quality or compliance.

• Teamwork with internal teams to support seamless supply chain operations.

• Turn data into direction. Prepare clear reports and insights that help management make smarter, faster decisions.

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in purchasing or procurement.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and contract terms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Preferably able to speak Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

• Good teamwork, planning, and coordination skills.

• Able to outstation and travel overseas.
