FASTRACK TYRE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Admin Operation (Counter) to join our team in Prima, Saujana Kajang, Selangor. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to our Kajang-based operations.

• Handling customer inquiries and orders at the counter in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and other administrative data
• Assisting with the processing of orders and payments
• Providing administrative support to the operations team as needed
• Ensuring the efficient organisation and management of the office environment
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
• A positive, proactive, and customer‑focused attitude
• Familiarity with the automotive industry or a keen interest in the field
