CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all functions are aligned and integrated.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources and risks to ensure projects completed on time, within budget and with optimal profitability.
• Monitor and assess project milestones regularly, identifying issues early and taking action to maintain progress.
• Build and manage relationships among internal departments, consultants, clients, authorities, sub-contractors and suppliers with a focus on negotiating and motivating them to action and manage stakeholders' expectations.
• Oversee construction activities strict adherence to the technical specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the subcontracting process, including scope definition, tender preparation, bid evaluation, pricing strategy and cost estimation.
• Review and approve major decisions, procurement approaches and contract variations.
• Ensure the effective implementation of all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as outlined in the Company’s Quality and Health, Safety & Environmental Management System.
• Report regularly to Chief Executive Officer on status of projects handled.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction field, preferably with experience in Advanced Technology Facilities (ATFs), Data Centers and Warehouses projects.
• Proven track record of successfully completing large scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
