Job description
Installation, commissioning, customer training, and preventive maintenance of LECO instrumentation.
Provide effective solutions to customers' concerns using various strategies and tools.
Communicate with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure effective service delivery.
Follow up on service requests and provide customer feedback promptly.
Monitor equipment performance and develop preventive maintenance measures.
Conduct quality assurance and safety checks.
Deliver demonstrations for safe and effective equipment use.
Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors.
