We are seeking a technically skilled professional to support customers by cross-referencing enquiries to the our product range and recommending suitable alternatives. The role also provides solutions support via email as Secondary scope (support in absent of Application Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

Handle internal and external customer enquiries professionally via email

Cross-reference customer requirements to our products and recommend alternatives

Maintain and enhance the cross-referencing tool and database

Deliver high-quality, fast turnaround product recommendations

Support technical enquiries, complaints, returns, and replacements when required

Collaborate with internal teams and UK technical/product support to improve service levels

Requirements

Diploma or Engineering Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Electronics, Industrial, or distribution-related industries

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical components and test & measurement equipment

Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a team
