Job summary

A leading engineering company in Malaysia is seeking to hire a qualified individual to supervise M&E works on site. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or Architecture, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in high-rise or infrastructure projects. This role requires strong coordination and supervisory skills, including familiarity with MS Project and the ability to work long hours, including weekends.

• Computer literate and familiar with MS Project, Word, and Excel.
• Able to work long hours, including Sundays and Public Holidays if required.

Job description

Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the quality of M&E works on site.

Assist the M&E Manager in overseeing overall project M&E operations.

Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed within the schedule and according to approved specifications.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors and in-house workers effectively.

Ensure all works comply with drawings, contract requirements, and site safety regulations.

Attend site inspections and meetings, and perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in M&E works for high-rise and/or infrastructure projects.

Computer literate and familiar with MS Project, Word, and Excel.

Able to work long hours, including Sundays and Public Holidays, if required.

Required to work 6 full days per week (Monday–Saturday).
