• Achieve sales budgeted premium and manage the sales team.
• Responsible for retaining existing clients and developing new business.
• Coordinate expansion plans for growth from group sources.
• Manage collection activities to ensure outstanding premium is manageable.
• Service all existing SME customers.
• Cross-sell all Bank/Group products.
• Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions.
• Grow SME portfolio and assets through Program Lending.
• Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
• Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable thresholds.
