As a Pharmacist at GREAT LEO MEDIC SDN BHD', you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. In this full-time position based in SEMENYIH, Selangor, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing medication counselling, and ensuring the safe and effective use of drugs.
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patients receive the correct drugs and dosages
- Provide detailed medication counselling to patients, educating them on proper usage, side effects, and potential interactions
- Monitor patient medication regimens and recommend adjustments to physicians as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
- Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in Malaysia
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, drug interactions, and medication management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality, patient‑centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary
