Job summary
A global tech solutions provider based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (L2/L3) to provide customer support and troubleshoot complex issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. This position requires technical expertise in areas such as RESTFul APIs and Linux systems, along with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities
