• Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
  • Monday to Saturday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
• Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM5,000 per month

1. Monitor subcontractor manpower according to the Master Work Progress.
2. Supervise and manage all subcontractors for architecture works, including planning, material arrangement, interfacing, and resolving site issues.
3. Organize subcontractors for daily and weekly activities to meet construction schedules and manage delays.
4. Liaise with C&S consultants, subcontractors, and foremen.
5. Assist the structural team with lifting activities, concreting, and steel structure installation.
6. Monitor daily site activities, including material, manpower, and inspections for rebar installation, formwork, and concreting.
7. Coordinate with surveyors for leveling and alignment.
8. Liaise with M&E teams for electrical installations.
9. Supervise construction of passenger hoist supports, micropile works, and steel structures.
10. Supervise waterproofing of balancing tanks.
11. Perform material take-offs and verify delivered materials for compliance.
12. Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the Site Coordinator.
13. Prepare weekly concrete schedules.
14. Attend weekly and monthly site meetings, providing mitigation plans for issues.
15. Assist the Site Coordinator with overall construction planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
16. Witness concreting activities to ensure compliance with Inspection Test Plans.
17. Manage general workers and supervise site housekeeping activities.
18. Conduct site verifications to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
19. Assist the Senior Site Supervisor as needed.

1. Ensure the Quality System aligns with policies, procedures, and ISO requirements.
2. Recommend improvements to the Quality System and follow up on actions.
3. Assist with structural and pile alignment, elevation, and positioning.
4. Maintain honesty and professionalism.
5. Attend necessary training sessions.
6. Perform additional responsibilities as instructed by management.
7. Support company events and activities as a team member.
