About the role

As a Site Supervisor (Infrastructure - Based in Lok Kawi) at KTI Landmark Berhad, you are responsible for overseeing and managing infrastructure construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating on-site activities, managing teams, enforcing safety protocols, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

What you'll be doing

Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.

Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain productivity.

Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.

Inspect work to ensure it meets specified standards and rectify any issues promptly.

Allocate resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Serve as the primary on-site contact for project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents, and progress reports.

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction activities.

Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities, including earthworks, road building, and utility installations

Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to junior members of the construction team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on infrastructure projects

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications

Proven track record of effectively managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
