Thai Operations Executive (Fully Remote)

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Thai Operations Executive to support daily operational activities, training processes, performance monitoring, and communication tasks. This role is fully remote and is ideal for someone fluent in Thai and English, comfortable with coordination work, and able to support team leaders in ensuring smooth execution of plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist team managers and team leads in ensuring smooth execution of operational plans.
  • Support the team in conducting staff performance reviews and preparing performance-related reports.
  • Coordinate workflow updates, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in planning and executing telemarketing activities.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide updates to managers.
  • Brief the team on new policies, process changes, or campaign updates.
  • Translate messages, conversations, announcements, or written materials between Thai and English.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of translated content.
  • Support communication between Thai-speaking staff and management when needed.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions for Thai-speaking staff (online).
  • Perform call or message quality checks and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
  • Native/Fluent Thai speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
  • Preferably a diploma/degree holder.
