Qualifications

• Must have native fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
• Able to work night shifts (rotational shift, 5 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide language interpretation for individuals with a language barrier.
• Handle telephone or video calls on demand.
• Process information quickly and courteously.
• Use appropriate industry terminology and understand common procedures.
