- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across assigned countries
- Draft and post job advertisements on region-specific platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, MyCareersFuture etc)
- Draft job descriptions
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain clear communication
- Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring status trackers
- Liaise with candidates from different regions, providing a positive and professional experience
- Work with HR team in coordinating onboarding process for successful hire
- Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress and highlight any hiring challenges or market trends
- Support ad hoc recruitment tasks or region-specific hiring drives when needed
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with regional/multi-country exposure
- Familiarity with hiring practices and job portals across Southeast Asia
- Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable liaising with stakeholders from different backgrounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams (added advantage)
- Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English
