Job summary
A leading remote operations firm is seeking a proactive Thai Operations Executive to support daily activities and training processes in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate is fluent in Thai and English, excels at coordination work, and helps team leaders ensure smooth operational execution. Responsibilities include translating between languages, supporting performance reviews, and conducting online training for staff. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent Thai speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist team managers and leads in executing operational plans.
- Support staff performance reviews and prepare performance-related reports.
- Coordinate workflow updates and ensure timely task completion.
- Assist in telemarketing activities and monitor staff performance.
- Translate communications between Thai and English as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for Thai-speaking staff online.
