Start Tuition Pte Ltd is a trusted home tuition agency for parents in Singapore. We're expanding and looking for Customer Service Sales Executive (100% work-from-home) to support our Singapore operations.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm

Responsibilities
  • Your main responsibility is to help parents in Singapore find suitable tuition teachers, based on the client's preferences.
  • Handle incoming tuition enquiries from parents via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Recommend and successfully match suitable tutors from our database
  • Build rapport with parents and assist them through the tuition matching process
  • Ensure follow-ups are handled smoothly
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Requirements
  • Degree holder, with 1 to 3 years of working experience
  • Speaks and writes well in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Good at talking to people, confident, and helpful
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home with your own computer, phone, and internet
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or education sector is a plus
