We are seeking a dedicated and professional Collector for our Tele-Collection team. This role will be responsible for ensuring effective tele-calling strategies to improve recovery rates and manage outstanding debts.
This role requires adherence to local regulatory guidelines, global credit standards, the credit policy manual, collections procedures, and forbearance standards.
