Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue cum Distribution Manager at PARKROYAL Penang Resort. The role involves managing revenue generation and distribution strategies for the resort. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, setting pricing strategies, collaborating with sales teams, and optimizing revenue streams.
Qualifications
- Revenue Management, Pricing Strategy, and Sales Management skills
- Data Analysis, Forecasting, and Reporting skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of distribution channels and revenue optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Proficiency in revenue management software
