As a Purchasing Senior Executive at VICT Chemicals Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the company's procurement processes. Based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, this full‑time position is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of materials, goods, and services to support the organization operations.

Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, including purchasing, importation, documentation/clearance, and inventory control and management.

Monitor stock levels and support demand forecasting and planning activities to ensure optimal inventory control.

Ensure accurate and timely stock GRN and costing updates in the system.

Liaise with suppliers, shipping agents, and vendors regarding shipment and order status, as well as documentation, to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Responsible for arranging smooth import and export shipments.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Maintain proper filing for audit and reference purposes.

Support and participate in supplier and vendor audits as and when required.

Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.

Build and develop strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the HOD or Management.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Purchasing/Procurement role or in the IMPORT/EXPORT field.

Knowledge of import/export processes or Customs/SST procedures or ISO is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements within the industry.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to optimize purchasing decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
