About the role

As the Sales Manager at COMPEX TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets. This full-time role is based in Kulai, Johor and will play a pivotal part in the company's ongoing success and expansion.

What you’ll be doing

• Ensure establishment of QC inspection plans which are adequate to meet customer requirements
• Review and record nonconforming products and verify corrective actions taken
• Formulate and revise inspection standards
• Control inspection instruments
• Handle quality anomalies (customer complaints, incoming material issues and process abnormalities)
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System (ISO documentation preparation, review, internal audit, external audit and optimisation)
• Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections and maintain relevant records
• Develop and monitor the Quality plan and sampling plan
• Ensure the establishment of Quality Objectives and Quality Policy are effectively implemented
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by superiors, etc

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing‑related experience in quality management and system control
• ISO 9001 Quality and Environmental Management System knowledge; basic quality control methods (e.g. 7 QC tools, etc.)
• Strong process analysis ability and document management and control skills
