- Main duties and responsibilities include attending to our Japanese members at the hospital as an interpreter for doctor consultations.
- Providing medical support to Japanese members, including handling hospital procedures and insurance claims.
- Providing police reporting support as an interpreter for Japanese customers involved in car accidents.
- Handling document and data entry into the computer system in Japanese and English.
- Providing general administrative and operational support for assigned tasks.
- Answering phone calls, handling email correspondence, and performing ad-hoc duties.
- This role requires 24-hour standby shifts, providing support during non-working hours, weekends, or public holidays by shift.
Job Requirement
- Strong Japanese language skills are a must; JLPT N2 and above preferred.
- Good proficiency in Japanese, English, and Malay.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
- Willingness to travel within Klang Valley.
- Official Working Hours: 5 days a week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm).
- Expect Saturday as a working day, with two off days per week.
- Nature of business: Risk management, medical service communication, and insurance agent.
