You will receive hands‑on experience and direct mentorship, helping to plan and execute key construction and precast manufacturing projects. It’s a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical knowledge, develop essential site and coordination skills, and build a strong foundation for your professional future. This role involves travel to various project sites and requires you to have your own reliable transport.

Essential Job Functions

Project Planning & Support:

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Learn to conduct material take‑offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Support resource allocation and timeline management

Site Supervision & Coordination:

• Help monitor on‑site activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Assist in coordinating between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Participate in site inspections and help track progress.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Help prepare and maintain project documentation (method statements, reports, site records).
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports, variation orders, and claims.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Technical Support:

• Utilize AutoCAD for drawing reviews and basic modifications.
• Use Microsoft Project to help with scheduling and tracking.
• Support the review of technical submissions and shop drawings.

Quality & Compliance:

• Help ensure all works adhere to project specifications.
• Participate in quality checks and learn about precast manufacturing.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support team goals.
