A leading fresh food manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee their new facility. This role involves leading the QA/QC department, implementing quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with various certifications. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the food manufacturing industry along with expertise in HACCP and ISO standards. The position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC role in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and quality control best practices.
- Experience in Hazard, HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000 certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA/QC department and implement quality control procedures.
- Manage documentation for QAQC applications like HACCP and GMP.
- Monitor production productivity and compliance with hygiene standards.
