A language education provider is seeking an ELS Expatriate English Language Instructor in Kuala Lumpur to plan and teach language lessons for international students, maintain class records, and mentor Associate Instructors. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Expatriate English Language Instructor to join our team. The Instructor will be responsible for planning, teaching, and evaluating language lessons, maintaining student class records and reports, fulfilling administrative duties, participating in professional development activities, and assisting in coaching and mentoring Associate Instructors.
- Plan, teach, and evaluate language lessons for international students
- Maintain student class records and reports
- Fulfill administrative duties related to teaching and student progress
- Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching techniques and trends
- Assist in coaching and mentoring Associate Instructors to ensure program success
- For candidates with a Master's or Degree in Education:
- Age 22 years and above.
- 2–3 years teaching experience
- For candidates with a Degree in other fields:
- Age 22 years and above.
- 2–3 years of teaching experience and either:
- A Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Education, or
- A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in any institution/company, supported by a Confirmation Letter from previous employers (can combine the experience from various companies), or
- TESL/TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (minimum 150 hours or Level 5). The certification hours can be combined from various academies.
- Native English Speakers from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland are encouraged to apply
