Responsibilities

• Provide the Faculty with academic leadership, encouraging excellence in teaching and research.
• Represent the Faculty to the Company and promote the development of the Faculty and its staff.
• Manage activities through the most effective and cost‑efficient use of resources, within the framework of the company’s strategic plan and policies.

Requirements

• Must be a PhD holder in Accountancy / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Economics / Human Resource Management / Marketing with a professional certificate (ACCA, CPA or CIMA) or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant academic experience in higher education.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command in written and spoken English.
• Experience of leading a substantial organization, team or group.
• Possesses initiative, the ability to think independently and a passion for academic excellence.
