Economics, Business and Accounting Teacher

As part of our continued growth and robust expansion plan - including the opening of new Epsom Colleges across Asia - we are seeking talented and passionate teachers to be part of our community in August 2026.

The successful candidate will have experience teaching Economics, preferably with Business Studies or Accounting (or any two combination of subjects mentioned), throughout KS4 to A-Level.

For experienced candidates with a proven track record, there is a potential opportunity to be appointed as the Head of Department - Head of Commerce.

All staff are expected to play a whole part in the boarding and co-curricular life of the College, involving regular evening and weekend duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging Economics lessons to KS4 and KS5 students, following the CIE IGCSE and A-Level syllabus.
  • Inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a genuine love for Economics in a stimulating classroom environment.
  • Prepare students for external examinations to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Track and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Participate fully in the wider academic, co-curricular, and pastoral life of the College.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A degree in either Economics, Business Studies, Accounting or a related discipline is required; a postgraduate teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience teaching at KS4 and KS5 within the British or international school system.
