- Experience in the payroll domain is highly desirable, with knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Software development for Athena web and mobile related project.
- Ensure development job with quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain server‑side logic, APIs, and databases to support the frontend.
- Design and implement user‑friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high‑quality products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve full stack issues, optimizing the flow of data and ensuring smooth communication between systems.
- Implement automated testing strategies for both frontend and backend components.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Conduct regular code reviews, performance evaluations, and technical assessments to ensure high quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
