Negotiation Ninja: Work your magic to get the best prices while maintaining top-notch service levels.

Quotations & Orders: Gather and prepare supplier quotations and ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are issued in a speedy manner.

Delivery & Follow-ups: Keep an eye on delivery schedules and ensure everything arrives on time.

eProcurement System: Update supplier Good Received Notes (GRN) upon receiving invoices or delivery orders.

All-Rounder: Be ready to take on any other procurement-related tasks assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, International Business Management, or related fields.

Know-How: Understanding of procurement procedures and systems.

Experience: Bonus points if you’ve worked in procurement for a property developer!

Language: Bahasa Melayu, English & Mandarin (Added advantage)

Independence & Speed: Can work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Negotiation Skills: You know how to strike a deal that benefits everyone.
