Develop and oversee workforce planning & forecasting to align hiring strategies with business needs.
Lead recruitment strategy development to build a structured talent pipeline and optimise recruitment efficiency.
Implement diversity hiring initiatives to enhance workforce inclusion and ensure equitable hiring practices.
Establish coaching & mentoring programs to enhance employee growth and leadership readiness.
Drive employee recognition & rewards programs to improve retention and job satisfaction.
Develop competency development plans to upskills employees and improve HR capabilities.
Support leadership development programs to nurture future HR and business leaders.
Conduct training impact analysis to assess and improve HR-led learning programs.
Align workforce upskilling strategies with evolving business needs and talent requirements.
Assist in the development of compensation frameworks to maintain competitive salary structures.
Implement performance-based incentives to align rewards with employee contributions and results.
Design and execute a company-wide engagement strategy to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.
Develop and implement workplace culture programs to foster a values-driven, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Lead efficiency optimisation in HR operations, including process improvements and HR digitalisation.
