Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts for Malaysia entity, including daily accounting entries, AP/AR, expense verification, and monthly closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and support annual audit activities.
• Manage tax-related matters including tax filing, tax submission, and liaison with tax agents.
• Responsible for cost accounting, asset and inventory management, and accounting documentation filing.
• Handle import & export related accounting matters and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with banks on account opening/closure, daily banking operations, fund planning, cash flow monitoring, and financing arrangements.
• Assist in establishing and improving financial management systems, workflows, and internal controls.
• Liaise with local government authorities, tax offices, customs, and relevant external parties.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience in a Malaysia manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.
• Familiar with LMW license application and management processes.
• Hands‑on experience in accounting, fund management, taxation, company secretarial coordination, and audit‑related workflows.
• Able to independently manage full set accounts and establish accounting processes aligned with Malaysia regulatory requirements.
• Good financial management and risk control awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Salary Range: Up to RM 6,000
