As a UI/UX Designer at 2X, you will develop variations of B2B digital assets, including websites and marketing campaigns, collaborating with team members on problem-solving, decision-making, and campaign organization, gaining comprehensive exposure to B2B marketing services.
Responsibilities
- Translate design concepts into prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs, ensuring seamless user experiences and responsive layouts.
- Utilize user research to inform data-driven design decisions and analyze user data for insights and optimization.
- Incorporate client brand guidelines, analyzing existing assets to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Execute and adapt design assets across platforms, drive A/B testing, and propose optimization recommendations.
- Develop and maintain UI kits and design systems for brand consistency.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, data, and developer teams to gather requirements and define design objectives.
- Manage client feedback and revisions to meet expectations and project needs.
- Design digital marketing materials, including landing pages, emails, microsites, webpages, banners, and dashboards.
- Cover UX, user journey, information architecture, wireframing, web analysis, and UI design tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio of digital projects, especially web projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to present design concepts through prototypes, mockups, and illustrations.
- Capable of integrating technical and visual solutions into designs.
- Deep understanding of design principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Self-motivated, organized, results-oriented, with attention to detail and good design sensibility.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
