Job description

Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to design and deliver integrated IT solutions that support business operations and strategic objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and lead digital transformation initiatives in alignment with the company’s business strategies.

Recommend, evaluate, and implement system improvements and digitalisation initiatives to maximise business value and system effectiveness.

Manage data security and integrity of the organisation’s information assets, ensuring appropriate controls are in place to meet confidentiality, privacy, and data protection requirements.

Ensure project teams deliver according to agreed project objectives, timelines, scope, and milestones.

Optimise utilisation of IT resources in the delivery, implementation, and ongoing support of IT solutions.

Assess and develop long‑term strategic goals for the IT function in collaboration with business partners, Heads of Department, and key stakeholders.

Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with ICT policies and governance frameworks across the organisation.

Ensure key IT systems are continuously updated, stable, and supported with complete and accurate documentation.

Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and development for the IT team in partnership with HR and Talent Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in:

E-commerce infrastructure and tools

ERP systems

Digital Transformation initiatives

Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in IT or related fields, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

At least 4 years of experience managing teams comprising software developers, system engineers, IT support personnel, and ERP consultants.

Proven experience commissioning services from third parties and managing vendor, supplier, and contractor relationships.

Preferably Senior Managers specialising in IT / Computer – Network / System / Database Administration or equivalent.
