Descripción de la vacante
A leading technology firm in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Specialist - Customer Relationship to develop strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and meet revenue forecasts. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing, strong communication skills, and a good command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin. This role also involves coordination with operational and sales teams for customer support.
Formación
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing industries.
- Experience with international business and managing customer accounts is advantageous.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin.
Responsabilidades
- Develop the customer relationship to understand customer needs.
- Meet customer revenue forecasts through maximizing utilization of sites.
- Monitor and drive improvement on key programs and new opportunities.
- Coordinate with Ops and Sales teams for seamless customer support.
- Manage loading, backlog, inventory, delivery performance per customer forecasts.
- Drive customer qualification programs including site qualification.

Coordinate closely with Ops team and Sales team to ensure seamless support for customers on the quote to cash process
Manage the loading, backlog, inventory, delivery performance and flexibility per customer forecasts & demand
Drive the customer qualification programs including site qualification, key projects & new technologies approval
Assist on the customer site audits and visit
- Degree or above in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- 5+ years working experience in electronic manufacturing industries
- Experience with International business and managing customer accounts will be an advantage
- PC literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated, independent, data‑oriented, and a good team player
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin
- Occasional travel is required
