Job summary
A financial services company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a qualified Settlement Officer to manage daily settlement activities including client deposits and withdrawals. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or Accounting, along with at least 2 years of relevant financial industry experience. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is essential to liaise with the Taiwan team. The role may require shift work and includes preparing reports and resolving settlement issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial industry with a Settlement position.
- Knowledge in cryptocurrency products is advantageous.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day settlement activities including client deposits and withdrawals.
- Prepare daily and weekly reconciliation reports.
- Communicate with internal parties to solve settlement issues.
